Cancellation Policy

 

In case of cancellation of the tour/flight for reasons attributable to the client only, Panama Air Adventures, Inc. guarantees it will return 100% of the payment made minus 7% to cover handling expenses, only if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days (168 hours) before the reserved flight or tour.  If the cancellation is made within 7 days (168 hours) of the previously reserved tour, Panama Air Adventures, Inc. will retain 100% of the payment as compensation for lost revenue (unscheduled Tours) while the reservation in question was being held.

 

By paying to secure the reservation the client accepts the above cancellation policy.
